This beautiful scene presented itself while on a recent vacation in France. I was staying in a small cottage in the rural area of Soudun, in Poitou-Charentes, near the town of Lencloître, where we were literally surrounded by sunflowers! The entire region was host to endless fields of these beautiful flowers and I was lucky enough to capture this image on the only night we were blessed with a glorious sunset. Image is a composite of three exposures combined using Photomatix Pro HDR software.
